ASD Certificate Nov 2023 Cwmcarn Primary.pdf
Today we received our Certificate to show we have successfully completed the 'Learning about Autism' Programme!
Well done to all pupils, teaching staff, non-teaching staff and Governors who collectively helped with this.
Good Evening,
Congratulations 🎉
A huge well done to everyone, we raised £165.00 today for Children in Need 👏🥳
Let’s see who’s first to see our fabulous school name on TV.
Have a great weekend everyone.
Morning all,
Just another reminder that even if your child is already in our nursery, you still have to apply to Caerphilly for your reception place.
Thank you,
Mrs Robbins
Don’t forget it is non-uniform day on Friday with suggested £1 donations to Children in Need.
Many thanks,
Mrs Robbins
Good afternoon,
Monday 13th November will be the first day of anti bullying week. As a school we would invite all staff and children to wear odd socks to school on Monday to celebrate our differences and show that we are proud to be unique.
The brighter and bolder the better!
Have a great weekend.
Our latest newsletter with all the important dates for this term is available in our newsletter section of the web page.
We are looking forward to seeing all the children back in school today for the Christmas half term!
All clubs will run as normal this week and you’ll have a newsletter with all your Xmas dates by the end of the week.
Thanks,
Mrs Robbins
Have a fabulous half term all. We look forward to seeing the children back a week Monday.
We’ve talked to them lots about Halloween and Bonfire Safety, so we hope you all enjoy the week.
Dojo will now not be monitored until Monday November 6th. All the staff are in training today.
We are very lucky to have such supportive parents and carers. Have a great week.
Mrs Robbins
Evening all,
Reminder that tomorrow is the last day in school before half term as Friday is INSET.
The new term starts on Monday November 6th.
The children will be having a special assembly tomorrow with PC Morgan about staying safe at Halloween and on Bonfire Night.
Further reminder - disco is tomorrow 4.15-5.15.
If you have more than two children in school please pay your £6 with the oldest child. Money will be taken on the door (£3 each).
Children can only attend the disco if they are in school that day.
Have a fabulous half term!
Mrs Robbins
Morning all,
Just a reminder that we have our PTA discos on Thursday.
Both discos are from 4.15-5.15 and children must be collected by an adult or sibling over the age of 16.
Children in reception, Y1 and Y2 will have their disco in the small hall and Y3-6 in the larger hall.
It is £3 per child which includes a drink and a snack pack. If you have more than 2 children in the school you just pay for 2 children i.e.. £6 in total.
Y3-6 will also be able to buy from a small stall selling glow sticks, slapsticks and light up rings. These are between 20p-50p.
The children are able to dress up in costumes if they would like to.
Huge thank you to the PTA for organising this and for the many staff who have offered to stay and help.
Many thanks,
Mrs Robbins
