  • Free Surplus Books

    Fri 21 May 2021

    Morning all,

We are having a sort out and have some books that are surplus.

If anyone would like an extra few books for home please message Mrs Reardon privately and we will see what we can do.

We are aware that the pandemic has meant real financial difficulties for some of you so I don’t want to throw books away if there are some of you who may like them for home.

They are not new or immaculate but certainly readable!

    Thank you,

    Mrs Robbins

  • Phone Line Down

    Fri 21 May 2021

    Morning,

We’re having technical difficulties with our main phone line 01495 270494.

We’ve organised for BT to come to school to rectify the problem, and we’ve had calls diverted to one phone line.

We understand this can be frustrating for people trying to get hold of us, but if you could be patient with us at this time, until the issue is rectified.

You can also contact us via our website or dojo.

    Many Thanks,

    Mrs Reardon

  • A Dog's Trail with Snoopy

    Wed 19 May 2021

    Afternoon all,

We have signed up, alongside lots of other Caerphilly Schools and organisations to be part of ‘A Dog’s Trail with Snoopy’.

There will be trails all around Caerphilly town centre and schools where you can search for the different characters. It is a project in conjunction with Dogs Trust but also meant to be a fun and expressive project.

More details can be found here:
    https://adogstrail.org.uk

We will have a 3ft snoopy sculpture next year as part of the trail. From March - June 2022 it is hoped that lots of people will come to visit Caerphilly to visit the characters and follow the trail.

    How exciting!

    Mrs Robbins

  • Happy Eid!

    Thu 13 May 2021

Happy Eid to all our children and family celebrating Eid today! Have a brilliant day.

  • Please still send coats in with children

    Wed 12 May 2021

    Afternoon all,

Gentle reminder about coats for your children please. Lots of my teachers have told me that there are a lot of children in school today without coats.

If it’s a light shower the children will still be going out to play as we still have our lunchtime Covid clean.

    Thank you,

    Mrs Robbins

  • Message From Mrs Robbins

    Sat 08 May 2021

We would like to say a really huge thank you to Joanne on our PTA who entered our school in a competition and we won!

We have won a school pack of K’nex construction kits worth £275.

Thank you so much to Joanne and all our other PTA who continue to work really hard for our school in many ways but on this occasion by keeping their eyes out for all these opportunities.

    Have a good weekend all,

    Mrs Robbins
