Morning all,
We are really looking forward to Class 5 and 5a’s Open Afternoon today!
Also Y5/6 will be performing their concert for the rest of the school this morning.
Finally keep your eye on dojo - in a few hours as we will be drawing the Christmas raffle and posting the results here. A huge thank you to all who bought tickets.
Mrs Beard-Robbins 🎅
Afternoon all,
For the Christmas party on Thursday all children can bring in a paper plate covered with cling film with a few snacks on it. We will be partying all of Thursday morning and we will still be giving the children lunch so just a few treats and a drink will be ideal. No fizzy drinks or family size packets please 🙏
For children going to the panto tomorrow they can bring a drink and one snack. They will be back in school by lunchtime. All children going to the panto need to be in school uniform.
Any children not going to the panto should still be in school tomorrow ☺️
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Many thanks all,
Mrs Beard-Robbins
Evening all,
Here are some reminders for this week that I hope you will find helpful ☺️
Tuesday morning - Y3-6 are going to the pantomime in Blackwood. The buses leave just after nine so please can all children be in school for 8.45. If your child is not going to the pantomime they should still come to school. I will be looking after those who don’t go ( Oh yes I will 😂)
Tuesday - 6pm Year 5 and 6 Carol Concert
We will keep the children in school with some treats and xmas fun to make it easier for parents/carers. Please send in an extra drink and a few snacks.
Wednesday pm - Class 5 and 5a open afternoon
Thursday - Party Days! Children can wear their party clothes to school.
School finishes on Thursday at 2pm for mainstream and 1.30pm for bases.
We are looking forward to a lovely week with your children.

It’s Christmas Jumper Day with donations to Save the Children.
We suggest £1 but if you are struggling or have lots of children with us please just send what you can manage.

All children in Y3/4 will stay in school until the end of the second concert so please send them with an extra drink and a couple of snacks.
If you are not watching the concert at 4.30 please collect your children at 5.45.
Many thanks,

orning all,
It’s an exciting day today!
First of all we have Christmas dinner for all children and then this afternoon we have the visiting pantomime for nursery, reception, Y1, Y2, Class 5 and Class 5a.
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas 🎅

Good afternoon.
If you are attending our Christmas Concerts this week and our Carol service next week then please take part in our fabulous raffle.
All staff have contributed to create 2 super hampers full of treats and gifts. There are also other great prizes to be won.
Our PTA volunteers will be taking raffle payments(cash only) before the performances.
The raffle will be drawn on Thursday 19th December.
Thank you for your continuous support.
Good morning,
This is your reminder that all after school clubs have now finished and will start back the week of January 13th.
Many thanks,
Mrs Beard-Robbins
orning all,
Our next INSET day in 2025 will be on Tuesday January 7th.
This means that after Christmas the children will come back to school Monday 6th after the break and then be at home on the Tuesday before retuning back on the Wednesday.
I realise like last year this is not ideal, so please accept my apologies. Hopefully by letting you know today, with a month's notice, you can make arrangements.
A huge well done to Class 5. Their Christmas Sing-a-Long yesterday for their families was outstanding. We were all very proud!
Have a lovely weekend!
