• Lunchtimes and Mrs Reardon

  We would be really grateful if parents could avoid lunchtime as a time to pop in to see Mrs Reardon.

  This last week we have noticed an increase of the number of parents coming in between 12.15-1.

  This is when Mrs Reardon takes her lunch break. Also during this time Mrs Robbins and Mr Saunders are helping with lunchtime supervision.

  Of course, if there is an urgent problem then we are happy to help; but if not could we please ask that you choose another time to call in.

• Pendine Trip for current Y5

  The school is organising a trip to Pendine Outdoor Education Centre for all pupils who will be Year 6 in September 2016.

  Following the presentation on Thursday 16^th January, we now need to confirm numbers to secure the booking. In order for the trip to go ahead, there is a minimum number of pupils required so please return your forms ASAP.

  As per the letters that have been sent home today, should you wish to set up a payment plan please contact Mr Saunders or Mrs Robbins.

• Punctuality

  Already on the first day back we had a large number of children who were late for school. Can we give you a gentle reminder that all children should be in school by 9am. We are now logging late arrivals and these will be monitored by our attendance officer.

• Trip to Swansea

  The last day for paying for the trip to Swansea for Mrs Painter, Mrs Touhig and Mr Scourfield's classes is Wednesday January 6th.

  This is a very important trip that will contribute a lot to the pupils new topic of 'Pharaohs'.
