  Congratulations to our Netball Team! 🏆🙌
  
  After our 3rd tournament today we finished 3rd overall out of 6 schools. A massive achievement for our wonderful school and children 🙌👏
  
  Mrs Williams and I are thoroughly proud of all the children that have attended the past 3 tournaments.

• Welsh Afterschool Club All Welcome

  After half term I would love to start a new after school Welsh club for children and PARENTS! Tuesdays 3:20-4:00pm.
  
  We will be working through the Duolingo Welsh course together. We will start at the very beginning of the course so no prior Welsh language knowledge is needed.
  
  Everyone is welcome and it would be great to have a good turnout. Please send me a dojo if you would like to attend.

  We are looking foreword to a great week in the lead up to half term holiday.
  
  As a treat for the children we’ve arranged for them all to have a concert this morning in the hall with a famous brass ensemble so let’s try to all be on time for school today.
  
  A reminder also about wearing red or something red on Friday with donations for Velindre.

  Next Friday we are encouraging all the children to wear red, or something red to school.
  
  Valentine’s Day is approaching and we are also supporting ‘ Wear Red for Velindre’.
  
  A donation of £1 is suggested and donations will go to Velindre Cancer Care. Of course, if you have lots of children in school just donate what you can afford.
