  • Test Trace Protect Summary Poster

    Bore da

Over the weekend, I received the attached poster which has been useful to help me gain a better understanding of the TTP process in Wales.

Please could you keep the school informed about your child's / family's need to self-isolate or any positive Covid results so we can protect the school community together.
Of course we will maintain your confidentiality and not reveal your family's or indeed the staff's medical records, only sharing these with the appropriate official authorities if requested.

Together we all need to adhere to the regulations and ensure Cwmcarn Primary School remains a safe environment for our school community.

Please take care and stay safe.

Good morning, firstly I'd like to thank all parents for your cooperation in helping our return to school be both smooth and also a happy experience for our children.

If your child is at all unwell, please keep them at home. The signs and symptoms in children are slightly different to adults.

Can I take this opportunity to remind everybody of our responsibility in upholding the social distancing measures to keep us all safe. At this current time it is critical that we adhere to these rules.

Again, thank you for your cooperation.

Good afternoon all, tomorrow we begin to welcome back the children and are very excited to do so! Please can you assist us in maintaining a Covid-Safe school by following the actions below:

-ensure your child has a packed lunch and water bottle
-your child brings a coat and jumper to school
-drop off and pick up times are adhered to, to help us to keep 'bubbles' apart
-maintain social distance using floor markings at gates
-being patient and understanding towards teachers and know that conversations with teachers cannot be had at the gates
-If you have a concern or urgent matter book a telephone conversation with Mrs Robbins or Mr de Snyder, or, for a less urgent matter, contact your child's teacher via Dojo
-Bring any medicine including asthma pumps with your child on the first day they attend school
-your child is to wear a fresh set of clothing each day

Please be reminded that if your child or anyone in the household feels unwell, they are to stay at home.

    Many thanks for your cooperation,

    Mr de Snyder
    Deputy Head Teacher
