At the end of the school day, please can parents not come on to the Junior yard until 3.10pm.

Parents of the SRB may wait on the yard from 2.55pm.

In addition to this, as soon as staff members arrive on the yards in the mornings, we kindly ask parents to leave to avoid congestion.

Good afternoon,

Welsh Government funding for Universal Primary Free School Meals (UPFSM) began at the start of this term. This means that all of our reception and year 1 pupils are eligible for a free school meal daily. Our year 2 pupils will be eligible from after half term on 7th November. If you have any queries regarding this please don’t hesitate to contact me on class dojo or pop in / ring the school office.

Hello! Really hope everyone is enjoying the summer holidays 😍 We’ve teamed up with Risca library for this years summer competition which is super! They are going to be the judges for all those entering the competition and will display winning entries in the library too!

They have a fantastic reading challenge running this year with a reward at the end for children who complete it. It’s all free! Link for more information is below or else pop into your nearest library and they will tell you all about it 😊

It’s our last day today so please remember that school finishes at 1.30 for the children.

I hope you all have a great summer and thank you for your support of the school over the last year.

We wish a fond farewell to our Y6 today as they move on to new challenges. We will miss them so much!
