The school nurses have had a very low response to the intranasal flu vaccination. Please see the information below regarding consent.

Please see the attached electronic link from the School Nursing Service for consenting to this year’s intranasal flu vaccination for your child planned for 04/10/2022.

Please click on the link to see the information and submit your form by 12 midday on the last working day prior to the session (3/10/22).

A printable copy of the flu information and consent forms are available from the school office if any parents have difficulty with using an electronic system.

HARVEST FESTIVAL
Over the coming week, we will be taking donations for our celebration of harvest festival. We donate the items given to a local food bank. Please can we ask for a donation per family if you are able to spare it; in these difficult times there is no expectation or pressure to donate.
The items really needed by food banks are:

TINNED RICE PUDDINGS/CUSTARD
TINNED MEAT (HOT OR COLD)
TINNED SOUP
UHT LONG LIFE MILK
JARS OF COFFEE
JARS OF JAM
BOTTLES OF SQUASH
TINNED VEG

A HUGE thank you to the wonderful families that have helped us to make a start on transforming our school yards over the past week. We’ve had parents treating our outdoor furniture, fixing outdoor equipment and today was tremendous!! 3 enormous tractor tyres which were then filled with soil. Not much to look at at the moment but imagine each one with its own tree surrounded by flowers! 🌳 🌸 🐦 🐝 🦋 Thank you for giving up your time and for all your hard work.
