Massive congratulations to Mr de Snyder and his wife who had their first baby during the summer. For the first two weeks of term Miss Lake, one of our regular supply teachers, will teach Mr de Snyder's class whilst he takes his paternity leave.
Thank you so much to all the parents and grandparents who came to our Infant Sports day this morning. It was so lovely to see so many of you there. The children behaved beautifully and all seemed to really enjoy the morning.
Thanks also to the PTA for supplying the children with a snack and Tesco for giving the children a delicious fruit pot.
We are looking forward to KS2 sports tomorrow!
Our Inspection Report is available today and can be found at:

We are really pleased with it! There is still lots of work to do but the Inspectors definitely recognised how far we have come in the last couple of years!

Children will be spending today getting to know their new teachers and classes. We have had to make a few changes this year in terms of teachers as our numbers of pupils have changed and we needed another class in the juniors.
If you have any questions please make an appointment to see either Mrs Robbins or Mr Saunders.
Thank you!
Unfortunately there has been a problem with the buses this morning so Y4 will not be going swimming. Hopefully things will run more smoothly tomorrow!
The children are now happily using the quad play equipment on the infant yard during the school day. We have to keep it closed outside of the school day for Health and Safety reasons. It is open from 9-3.15 and used regularly by all the classes.
We would really appreciate your help in ensuring the children don't play on it before and after school.
We also now have some new soft landing material underneath the part of the quad where the drop is the largest.
If you have any further questions about this, please come in and see us.
Thank you.
