Morning all,
I have been informed this morning that on the way to school yesterday one of our pupils was approached by a man in a white van with a green logo on it.
Can we please be extra vigilant at this time. The pupil informed her parents who notified the police. They will be having an increased presence in the area.
This information was not shared with the school until this morning. We will be talking to all pupils today to reinforce messages regarding how to keep themselves safe.
Thank you,
Mrs Robbins
Acting Headteacher

Thank you!
Just to let you know that following his return to work Mr Saunders has become unwell again and so Mrs Robbins will return to the role of Acting Headteacher and Mr de Snyder will continue as Acting Deputy.
Thank you for your on-going support.
All the children who have had 100% attendance this term had their names put in a pot and the 2 winners were:
Eshan Manzoor - Tony Pizzeria and delivery
Rylee Davies - 1 month pass to the Eden Centre
Children's whose attendance had mage big improvements were also entered into a prize draw and the winner was:
Gwenny Jones - Family ticket to Maxime Cinema
Well done to all the children who had 100% attendance or worked hard to improve their attendance. Let's see who will be in the prize draws next half term!
In order to keep all staff and pupils safe the caretaker has cleared and gritted two main routes into School.
In order to access school tomorrow all juniors must use the main gate and then go in the main door near Mrs Reardon’s office. This will also be the route for breakfast club.
Infants must all access the school through the back gate behind nursery and go in through the nursery. The sides gates onto the Infant yard will not be open.
The yards will be closed tomorrow as they are still very icy and will freeze overnight. Hopefully by the end of the day they may have cleared. If not pupils will need to be collected from the same safe routes.
The caretaker will will also grit a route between buildings so that Infants can get to the Hall for their concert and the canteen for lunch.
Many thanks for your cooperation.
