Good afternoon all,
Please see newsletter section of web page for your latest newsletter with info and dates for this half term.
The children will also be coming home with paper copies either today or tomorrow.
Many thanks,
Mrs Robbins
Morning all,
I hope you enjoy this last weekend of the half term. I’m sure you have seen the news regarding the change in isolation rules. I’ve posted an image which is really helpful if you are unsure.
Unfortunately we have had a number of positive cases over half term including 4 staff some of whom are quite unwell. Class 5, Mrs Tomlins class will be closed to pupils next week as all the staff have Covid.
Other than those with known medical conditions we will be sticking strictly to the rules and sending home any children who are sent to school unwell and who haven’t been taken for a PCR.
Enjoy the weekend,
Kindest regards,
Mrs Robbins

Good afternoon all,
Nursery will reopen to pupils tomorrow.
Thank you for your understanding over the last two days.
Mrs Robbins
Good afternoon,
Unfortunately nursery will remain closed tomorrow as we are still unable to get staff and the staff who are not in work are still unwell.
We hope to be able to reopen nursery to pupils on Thursday.
Kindest regards,
Mrs Robbins
Miss Vaughan’s Class
Good Afternoon,
I’ve just been notified of a positive case in Miss Vaughan’s class.
Please can I ask you all to be extra vigilant, and if your child displays any symptoms please book a PCR test ASAP.
Any children who are unwell should be kept at home until they are better.
Many Thanks,
Mrs Reardon
Urgent - for all nursery parents
I’m sorry but nursery will not be open today to any children.
We have 5 staff off today and there are no supply staff available through any agencies I normally use.
It would not be safe to open classes without the required number of staff.
Apologies for the inconvenience and I will let you know later today about tomorrow.
Many thanks,
Mrs Robbins
Have your say on childcare
Caerphilly County Borough Council are keen to hear the views of parents and carers on childcare.
• Is there enough?
• Is it affordable?
• Does it meet your or your child’s needs?
A survey produced by Welsh Government is running until October 25, so now is your chance to help shape future planning for childcare.
Please complete the survey:
