Message received from the Local Authority
Week commencing 23rd March - If you are collecting a free school meal this week please can you form a queue leaving at least 2m behind the person in front of you.
I have been asked to send you all this - it is for pupils eligible for free school meals.
The Local Authority is looking to continue to provide a free school meal to all eligible pupils whilst the schools are closed to pupils. If your child is eligible and you wish to continue to receive this service please can you contact the following email address
bridgesintowork@caerphilly.gov.uk
They will then contact you to obtain further information in order to be able to coordinate appropriate ways of delivery and any special dietary requirements.
It is anticipated that the meals will be in frozen batches of 5 per pupil and will be prepared and consumed at the home address.
If you require any further information please telephone 01495 237921.
Thank you

We are continuing to follow all of the advice from the Local Authority in relation to the Corona virus.
We are doing the following:
Can we ask you to continue to support us by ensuring children wash their hands before coming to school and when they arrive home and that they all have their own drinking bottles in school. It might also be useful to give them some extra tissues to bring in.
At the moment children should only be at home if they have a fever or a new and continuous cough. If you are in any doubt please follow the advice on the NHS website.
If you have any questions please get in touch with us.
