Good Morning,
Parents that have been receiving a School Meal Payment towards the cost of living crisis, will need to cash in your payment for October half term by the 5/12/22.
Payment letters for December will be sent out from the authority, by Royal Mail in batches of 3 on the:
5/12/22

Can we just be mindful that there are strikes with Royal Mail planned through December.

Good morning all,
Lots of the children have asked me if they can wear their own clothes and red clothes on Friday for football.
We have also had an email from Welsh Government giving schools permission to show the game live.
So Friday will be an own clothes day, no donation required. Those children who wish to will be able to watch the match.
We will also use this as an opportunity in school to talk about some of the issues relating to this World Cup, regarding discrimination and some of the controversial issues at an age appropriate level.
Many thanks,
Mrs Robbins
Good afternoon,
Just a reminder that the children can wear their own clothes on Friday for ‘ Children In Need’. We are suggesting a voluntary donation of £1. We know times are difficult so please just send what you can.
One of our lovely pupils in Class 5 has also asked me if the children can wear odd socks on Friday to remind us not to bully people because of their differences.
Mrs Robbins
Good morning,
Letters went home on Friday about our PTA fundraiser of tea towels. If you could specify which tea towel you want on the form that would be much appreciated. It’s either infant or junior tea towel. We need numbers and ideally payment in by this Thursday 17th November. This is the deadline for ordering tea towels. Final payment date is Friday 2nd December.
Many thanks
Morning all,
Today we will be having a special ‘ Remembrance Day’ assembly in school led by Mr Regulski and Rev Marion.
It’s so important to us that our children know about their history and remember those who fought and died in the war.
Maybe you could ask them about the assembly when they come home?
Have a lovely weekend.
Mrs Robbins
Good Afternoon,

Applications for admission to Reception are currently open. Please see attached information explaining how to apply for child's place for September 2023.
Applications must be made by 16/12/22.
Many Thanks,

Morning all,
It’s almost time for our half term break!
I wanted to thank all parents/carers for their ongoing support of our lovely school.
The stay and play and open classrooms were so well attended and the turnout this week for parent consultations has been excellent.
We have loved reading all the positive feedback on the questionnaires too.
A final reminder that today is the last day to pay for the pantomime ( in cash) and also the last day to apply for a secondary school place for your Y6 child.
Nursery applications for rising 3’s also need to be done today if you haven’t.
Have a wonderful half term and we look forward to seeing all the children back on Monday 7th November.
Perhaps remind them about staying safe at Halloween and Bonfire Night and the assembly we had from PC Morgan.
Kindest regards,
Mrs Robbins
Good afternoon,
A reminder that the Panto trip needs to be paid by Friday 28/10/22 in cash please.
Many thanks,
Mrs Reardon
