On Friday, we made our very own tasty 'Dinosaur Nest' cakes out of shredded wheat! They were delicious!
We learnt about what happens to chocolate when it is melted.
We really enjoyed the little party we had to say goodbye to our classmate Matthew.
We will miss you but hope you settle in nicely in your new school and make lots of new friends.
The cake we made was delicious too!
Wow! What a busy, exciting start to the Autumn Term we have had!
Our topic this term has been 'Wriggle and Crawl' where the children have been learning about mini beasts.
We all thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon when Simon Airey from Corner Exotics brought in a fantastic range of mini beasts for us to see and learn about.
The children have really enjoyed our weekly cookery sessions where we have baked spider shaped bread, iced caterpillars, spider cupcakes, marshmallow worms and ant cakes.
